Guard Force Training
Course length The Guard Force training course lasts for five days. An additonal five day course is offered for Armed Guard training. Course aim To quickly and efficiently teach local staff enough to enable them to safely, and professionally, act as security guards.	Prospective armed guards under careful supervision on the Guard Force Training course
Who is it for? Locally employed staff needing secuirty and guard training.	Three trainee guards on a security field exercise on the Guard Force Training course
Course content This course will cover the following topics:
Role and responsibilities Dress and discipline Equipment Emergency procedures and drills Dealing with intruders Foot patrolling Vehicle patrolling	Night time patrolling Dealing with threats and intimidation Report writing and log keeping Radio procedures Incident reporting and investigation Dealing with visitors
